A support-channel in the Discord server that everyone can use and answer in the channel. And the specific questions are for the staff, what the users can't answer. Like, the most questions can be answered by the general people.

It will be a mess. I'm sure it will. Someone may not use it properly as it should, that channel may go to chatting and saying unwanted stuff.

I disagree. People are usually asking for staff's attention and assistance, not from a member. However, members are always allowed to reply to people's questions, as long as they're not doing it in #staff-help it's all good.

i dont think this would be a good idea since non staff are more likely to give the wrong answer. and as mentioned by Finixly, the members can answer in other channels :)
