All Networks Suggestion: Improve 2v2 Matchmaking by Pairing Teammates of Similar Level

Hello!

I’d like to suggest improving the 2v2 matchmaking system by pairing teammates who are closer in level or skill, not just balancing the opposing teams. Too often, players get matched with a partner who can’t fight well and ends up running or avoiding combat, which makes the match feel unbalanced and frustrating.

Matching teammates with similar skill levels would create fairer, more competitive games and significantly improve the overall experience.

With all respect, but it will take much longer for games to fill up, i would like it tho, but it wouldn’t be smart to do right now, but I like the idea :)

Just party up with a friend for 2v2

Also it wouldn't be good to do level based seeing as majority of players are below level 100 and then there's ppl like me at lvl 193 so the queues would take forever

I don't think this would work well. Pairing players based on their level would only make the games easier for higher level players while making them harder for lower level players. I don't think this would be fair. People can always form a party if they want to choose their teammates or they can just play solo games if they don't want to be in the same team with players they don't know.

I also think there would be a lot of players playing on alts to have easier games

If CubeCraft are to add that system, as others have said, matching would be very slow and would be frustrating.
If you don't like teammates running away or avoiding combat, play 1v1
