Store issue?

I bought Lapiz and it was gone! Money has not returned and nothing has happened! But I go to the store and can not upgrade myself a diamond! Writes the price as if I did not buy Lapiz! Help!!!

When did you buy that rank? Because it can take up to 15 minutes for your rank to arrive. As far as I see now you have received it because under your name it says that you have the Lapiz Rank.

If I bought a Lapiz rank, then the Diamond rank should be discounted.

Hmm Strange.Emerald is my third rank and when I’m upgrading I’m getting the rank instantly,I just log out of the server then log on and I get it
