Still false banned

Ayo what’s up i appealed and a guy denied my ban appeal lol, i have 2 weeks without playing because I’m false banned. I have like 200$ bucks spent on ranks and cosmetics why i should hack with that account with some money spent and some good stats?
I was trying to have a conversation but doesn’t work. Someone of the staff can help me? Love to y’all!
