  • We're running an internal migration of all old players' stats to our new highly advanced statistics tracking backend. This means that stat changes will be a bit delayed while we ingest this huge backlog of data. Nothing is being lost, it'll just take a bit longer to show up in the in-game UIs.

Can Cubecraft moderation please fix the server? Sorry for that tone, but in my opinion, lately the server has become unproductive. There are tons of critical bugs that make it impossible to play, and it honestly feels like no one wants to work on it. I made a bug report on Discord, but I was redirected to the forums. Why should I report the same bug twice when it happens to everyone, even on Java Cubecraft? The server has people called “quality assurance” whose job is supposed to be dealing with this. I understand that some things can’t be fixed quickly, especially when it comes to bug fixing, but the moderation team doesn’t even seem to acknowledge the issues, I might sound annoying, but that’s the truth I’m writing this post after 30 minutes of chasing invisible players, So, my main suggestion is: at least give a notification that there are bugs, that you know about them and are working on them. I just wish they’d say at least, “we’re working on the knowing bugs.

Hello, while I understand that it's frustrating to encounter bugs in games that can be annoying or game ruining at worst, bugs and anything related to them are not a responsibility for mods to handle. Our main responsibilities is to moderate the server and enforce fair play across the server.

We can and this is something we already do is make aware to the community whenever downtimes do occur on the server through pinned messages on the Discord or through tickets with messages like "This issue has been forwarded and this is being looked at" or "this is already known". However what we can't do is let the community know about every individual bug, that is just not going to work. Perhaps sure maybe we can post pinned messages for major bugs, but this can easily be dealt with what I have to say next.

Instead of that, we tell the community to make bug tickets on the discord or bug reports on the forums, that way through there the QA team can either get new information through repeating reports on the same bug or make aware that this bug is already known through those bug reports. Bare in mind that some bugs may need to be reported on the forums or discord, depending on the circumstances of that bug.

Only developers can fix bugs.

The invisibility bug is being tracked and looked into as we speak, we apologize for the inconvenience. Goes without saying that we constantly work to identify and mitigate bugs, we encourage the standard communication method for bugs which is a report, instead of suggestion posts. Thank you!

I wrote a public post about this bug and maybe I even found the solution to this invisible player problem, if you want to go see if not I'll rewrite the system for this bug on this post

What I could have recommended is making a bug report (if applicable), or make a ticket in the CubeCraft discord. I hope Spring and Eli fixed what you needed them to fix, have a good day <3
