Hello everybody !

I’m suggesting to bring back the very, very BIG tournament:
Spleef World Cup !!!

I can remember that back in the time (february 2016) there was this huge tournament going on:
Spleef World Cup IV

This tournament brought together the best spleefers from all over the world to 1 place: SpleefLeague.com !

The tournament was host on this server and the qualifications started on february 19 and ended on march 4.

The remaining 252 people where putted in groups of 4, the top 2 of each group advanced to a double elimination bracket where they fighted for a place in the top 3.

(In my opinion the prizes were a bit TOO overpowerd)

I think the we need something that can bring the community closer to each other,
something that is fun AND competitive at the same time!
That’s why I suggest to bring back the Spleef World Cup !

Yes, yes, your right but SpleefLeague was in for organizing SWC V in partnership with CubeCraft (in 2017) but Cube said ‘no’ probs because they paid a lot of money for those prizes and they got nothing back after the tournament, that’s why I think they just should nerf the prizes! (BIG nerf)
Because with ‘cheaper’ prizes, this tournament is really for fun and honor: that’s what it’s all about, right ?

I would LOVE to play this world cup again !
It was amazing and I think this is exactely what the community wants ‘something competitve and fun at the same time’ !

It were the memories who gave me the idea of creating this thread,
when I was scrolling thrue my list of servers and I found that SWC server again, I got lots of good and funny memories again,
I really hope they’ll host such a tournament again this year !
