Allow spectators to go threw blocks again

In java edition flying trough blocks is still possible. I don't know if it's still possible in bedrock edition. If this suggestion is focused on the bedrock network you might want to change the all networks tag to bedrock. <3

It's so annoying for the server to suddenly start lagging after playing a few games when you are transferring to a new game or lobby, hate having to relog repeatedly for it. I'm on ethernet btw.
