Spectate option?

Is ther maybe a plugin or something like that to make it possible to spectate friends? or if u join the party that u automaticly comes in the match to spectate? instead of the lobby?

This would prevent friends from joining games and give away crucial information that will affect the fairness of the game.
Example: only player A and player B are left in a game. Player A is being inpatient, doesn't have a compass, and asks his friend, C, to join the game and tell him where the last player is which is unfair, in my opinion. :)
