Wait a minute.
So paying someone to do something helpful for you, isn't helpful?
I think you want to rephrase it as follows:
"Reporting means helping Cubecraft without asking for rewards, If you were to get rewards, people would do it for just the reward."

I'd say no. Sure, reporting with rewards are nice, but this would make a lot of false reports. Also, if you successfully report someone, you've made Cubecraft a better place, one less rule breaker you have to deal with.
