Spammed chat

I'm not sure if this is possible but it would be cool. So basically what this is is after a cartain amount of spam like 50 sentences (Or whatever you call when a player enters a text) the chat will automatically allow donors only to speak in chat. maybe after like 10 mins it would automatically let everyone talk again. I don't know if this is possible but it would be awesome since the chat is so spammed.

You can´t forbidd all stones to talk in chat just because one is/was spamming.

^^ It sound really unfair.... its like muting someone for 10 minutes every 50 sentences. (stones)
