If you are referring to improving your skywars abilities you can buy them with your points and improve them, here I will give you the steps of how to find the store to improve abilities in Skywars.
-First select the book in your hotbar, right click then you will be in Cubecraft Shop. Select the bow (skywars shop) where you can buy and improve your abilities.

I'm a bit confused because of the missing commas, but if you meant you would like to improve your Skywars skills,I think I can help. First, I'm no master in Skywars, but I'm pretty good in Eggwars and these two games are played with a similar set of skills.
One of the most important skills you need to acquire is the ability to speed bridge, (preferably with shift-unshift, but building from the side of the block instead of the back will works too). In both Skywars and Eggwars, you usually go from island to island via bridges, and so cutting the time you build can prevent other people from having the time to run away or jump at you while building.
Secondly, I think the second most important skill (after building) in these games is being good at PVP. Of course, there will always be someone better than you somewhere, but if you dedicate some time do do duels you'll have a better chance of killing someone in battle. (No need to mention that even if you are good in PVP and the other guy has a bow, you should cover yourself in blocks instead of running on the bridge, hoping they don't shoot you and push you to the void).
Although this could have been included in the last skill, I think shooting with a bow should have its own category, for shooting is very different than fighting face to face. Yes, some games you won't have a bow, but shooting someone and throwing them to the void from far away can make you the winner.
Also, in team games you should play with your teammates. It took me too many times to realize that sometimes I can't take down a 5-player team on my own, even if I'm better than each individually.
Lastly, axe . Axe is a weapon people tend to ignore, even though in some modes (such as normal eggwars) it's the best weapon to use in 1v1 fights. Yes, it takes longer to hit and you can't do a crit strike, but in many fights I've beaten people with iron armor using a wooden axe and having leather armor. In most games I play in Eggwars a sword is the weapon of choice (in OP mode and half health), but under some circumstances axe will get you the victory.
