Skyblock help: BIG frame drops

Been playing on skyblock for a bit but have been getting massive frame drops (My PC is a tank and not rubbish) sometimes the game freezing for about 10 secs
anyone else getting this or a way to fix?

maybe try turning off unused farms, (like putting spawners in a chest) that should help with the lag.
