Skyblock generator boosters

So I just got to birch island and i have 5 iron generators now. When i right-click on them it shows there are no boosts active but it doesnt say theres no boosts available, is this a glitch and if not how do I put boosters in them ?

Go to the hub. There is an optimizer shop. But I'm not sure if it's available or not (for you).

I went there but it isnt available to me, do you maybe know which quest i have to do for it to be unlocked ?

u have to get extreme hills island (8)
and you'll get the quest
