Hello,
If you find any cheaters on the server, the best you can do is to make a video and report them on the correct place.
Screenshots won't be accepted, as it's considered not enough evidence in order to apply a punishment.

I might be wrong but, for the looks of it, it seems this player was just lagging in mid air.
