He said probably he didn't lie too you, he doesn't have to come if he says probably or maybe, its his descretion to come or not. He never ditched you, if he said i will come/ I will be there and he doesn't show up that is counted as ditching. Again he said he will probably come, that doesn't always mean that he will come, he doesn't have to go, you have to understand that.
