Well, it depends on you if you like to help the server or ensuring other players have a great experience with the network then yes you could apply for Helper. But remember you should follow the rules and be active and you should have a nice behavior and there're some qualities that you need all are mentioned in the helper application description thread and make sure to meet all the requirements for this role.
