I sadly don't have many friends but I see this feature working when some of them annoy me.

I don't agree with this idea.
If you don't want to play with someone of your friends, just say it to them.
If anyone is annoying you, just report them or remove them out of your friend list.

This is not needed in my opinion.
If you are not interested to play a specific game with someone, you should tell them. If they do not accept that, they shouldn't belong on your friends list.

I don't really like this idea.
I understand why you are making a suggestion on this though. But like @Steve_PG-=-NL || @Berre said, if you don't want to play with your friend(s) then just tell them. It's not a shame to tell them those kind of things. They will understand it.
Also if some one annoys you, just tell them or remove them from your friend list.
So it's a no from me.

You can always remove them and/or tell them you aren’t avaliable. I don’t think a /offline is a good idea as it doesnt seem nice to have a /offline.
