Server copying our game using our maps too!

Hi.
I recently found a server called 'blockdrop' which is using both our game (with the exact same waiting room lobby for all the players to join, and the map kingdom. (this map has been modified slightly)

Can someone tell me, did this server get cubecraft's permission to use their waiting lobby and maps?
(If screenshots are required let me know.)

They already aware of this servers. But they can't really do anything about it. I told them that there were more servers with the same maps, and team lobbies. But thanks for reporting this! @Younisco lock?

Since CubeCraft made the maps themselves, can't thy sue them for plagiarizing? One of my friends told me if one server copied another server(Maps, forums, etc) they can sue them?

No longer the case, you cant copyright maps outright, at least not anymore
