If you have already appealed, just wait patiently until one sentinel developer checks your appeal. Keep in mind that sentinel appeals take longer than normal appeals.
If your appeal gets denied, you can always start a conversation with one of the sentinel developers to discuss your ban and your appeal being denied here:
