We got it after doing high garden which is after door to the skies on the 9th island

My guess iss that "AS" stands for " Armour Stand".
Then the 4 things in brackets is what you have to put on them:
[L4L]= lvl 4 leather
[L3I]= lvl 3 iron
[L5G]= lvl 5 gold
[L1D]= lvl 1 diamond

Again this is a complete guess so let me know if it works.

Hi, high garden is a quest or what it is? And if it is a quest how do you complete it, because I have already done the door to the skies quest and I have not unlocked anything related to "high garden"
