So I got secrets 2 and the first part of it is basically saying to eat rotten flesh but I have ate a lot and I haven’t got any secret quest or anything

You have to eat 100 so it might take awhile

You might have already completed it as it is a hidden quest you unlock from the desert island. It’s called hungry for brains (eat 100 rotten flesh) and gives no reward.
