It is not punishable, but saying it is frowned upon and is just toxic behavior.

Would be nice if players could just play the game without having to be rude to others after they kill them or after they die by saying ‘ez’ ‘noob’ ‘L’ etc. :(

That happens to me all the time, just be proud if someone says that, it means that you're good and they're jelous of your skill.
