Same stuff in chests at the beginning?

I like random loot more, because it's always a surprise with what gear i'll have to PvP. Maybe it can be a bit less random because I sometimes get only leather helmet and boots and next to me I have someone with full diamond gear, but i'd rather not have it all the same.

in the most games i played i get nothing specials out my chests.
so my question is to start all with the Same stuff in chests at the beginning?

If you have the same chests then you are as good as the other so please explain to who can better pvpen and that's not fun it's nice if the other has better or worse stuff than you because if you are good at pvp And he is not very good but better stuff than you have then it's more fun and you also call skywars. Do you understand me too? P

I don't really like to get the same stuff, you need luck to have some good stuff, sometimes bad and sometimes good, you can just buy a kit, like 'Iron armor kit' Then you have in the beginning Full iron armor, i don't see the point to add this.
