Sales@cubecraft not responding

    Anyone else having trouble getting a response from the sales@cubecraft.net folks? I have emailed regarding a purchase issue approx every 2 days for the past 8 days and have gotten absolutely no response.

    They indicate that they plan to respond within 48 hours. If this is not ever possible due to the volume of requests, they should update that info in their emails and webpages.

    What I want to know is if anyone out there ever did get a response. I have been waiting 9 days...

    They staff members aren't robots. This can take a while (Let's say a week and a half to 2 weeks I guess).

    Just stay patient and wait :). You'll get an response but you're not the only one with this problem lately so it could take a while. :p
