Currently, when any changes are made on the rules thread most people don't notice it.
You'll know there's been some sort of change as it will tell you the last time it was edited, but trying to figure out what the change is can be quite difficult sometimes.
Could we possibly have a change log with the thread that's updated with all changes.
That way it'll be easier for people to know when new rules have been applied to the network.

I think this would be a good idea. Perhaps a thread in the in the 'Other updates' section where Admins could post changelogs for all updates that have taken place. Including the minor updates.

This may be slightly hard to send it to everybody and stop the computer sending it from crashing

I like this idea if theirs a new rule and if you've already read the old rules 10 times your not gonna go back and check that post again any time soon so this would be good to prevent people from breaking new rules you have my support :)
