All Networks 📕Rules list & Changelog in game.

Hello,

So those people who dont have discord or a fourm account and playing cubecraft will not know about anything changed to the rules and they might get banned for e.g. drag clicking.
My suggestion is to add an npc in the main lobby that announce any changelog happen to the rules, or even list the server rules inside the npc.

Yea some players do not know there was a forum for Cubecraft and so they would not be updated.This idea is very good as it makes the server more fair.
