Surprisingly, there is little things apart from Eggwars, Blockwars and SG. Nothing massive can be given to ranks because of the EULA.

I have to agree with those who say no to this. Voting is one of the main reasons I bought Diamond Rank on the server. Lots of revenue would be lost.
And this does not go against the EULA because it is not game changing

No. It's like that for a reason. The server needs money. Since the EULA kinda screwed everything up, That's one of the only ways the server gets money. The server needs money for ram, developers, etc.

I voted no for this. Myself, and many others, bought a rank solely to be able to vote. If all players were able to vote I think previous people who payed to vote may feel scammed.
