An example would be for this would be a heart buddie that follows you in the lobby and you would get the heart buddie by using a regen wand in lucky block while having half a heart left.

i I love this suggestion as it gives people more of a challenge but also lets them earn more from playing the game!

Well buddies aren't an acceptable suggestion.
But you can say at a specific level you can have a slitgh particle but not something that can be purshase-able on the Marketplace. Buddies are purshase-able so you can't get them for free as a challenge complete.
