Rewards for being on the leaderboard

This is a thread for what rewards people should get for being on the leaderboard, I will be doing this for every game mode. I know some of them can change, so comment down below what you think.
These should be monthly rewards for every month the person gets a certain amount of points

PvP Game modes: Eggwars, Skywars, Blockwars, Survival Games, Pvp and FFA, Tower Defense

Eggwars: (Team)Eggwars leaderboard: All leaders will get a leaderboard tag in front of their name
1st leader: 1000 points and 5 Cubelets and a particle that says Eggwars King when you destroy an egg
2nd leader: 900 points and 3 Cubelets and an Ender Egg Hat
3rd leader: 750 points and 2 Cubelets and 200 vanity points
4th leader: 650 points and 2 Cubelets and 150 vanity points
5th leader: 500 points and 2 Cubelets and 100 vanity points
(Solo)Eggwars leaderboard:
1st leader: 1000 points and 5 Cubelets and a particle that says Eggwars king when you destroy an egg
2nd leader: 900 points and 3 Cubelets and an Ender egg hat
3rd leader: 750 points and 2 Cubelets and 200 vanity points
4th leader: 650 points and 2 Cubelets and 150 vanity points
5th leader: 500 points and 2 Cubelets and 100 vanity points

Skywars: (Team)Skywars: All leaders will get a leaderboard tag in front of their name
1st leader: 1,300 points and 7 Cubelets and a hat(TBD)
2nd leader: 1,000 points and 5 Cubelets and a hat(TBD)
3rd leader: 850 points and 3 Cubelets and 300 vanity points
4th leader: 700 points and 3 Cubelets and 250 vanity points
5th leader: 600 points and 3 Cubelets and 200 vanity points
(Solo)Skywars
1st leader: 1,300 points and 7 Cubelets and a hat(TBD)
2nd leader: 1,000 points and 5 Cubelets and a hat(TBD)
3rd leader: 850 points and 3 Cubelets and 300 vanity points
4th leader: 700 points and 3 Cubelets and 250 vanity points
5th leader: 600 points and 3 Cubelets and 200 vanity points

PvP and FFA: All leaders will get a leaderboard tag in front of their name
PvP leaders
1st leader: 900 points and 5 Cubelets and a PvP hat
2nd leader: 750 points and 4 Cubelets and a PvP hat
3rd leader: 650 points and 4 Cubelets and 200 vanity points
4th leader: 500 points and 3 Cubelets and 150 vanity points
5th leader: 450 points and 3 Cubelets and 100 vanity points
FFA and Assassinations
1st leader: 1,100 points and 6 Cubelets and a King Hat
2nd leader: 950 points and 5 Cubelets and a PvP hat
3rd leader: 800 points and 4 Cubelets and 300 vanity points
4th leader: 700 points and 4 Cubelets and 250 vanity points
5th leader: 550 points and 3 Cubelets and 200 vanity points

Blockwars: All leaders will get a leaderboard tag in front of their name
(CTF)Blockwars:
1st leader: 1,000 points and 6 Cubelets and a red or blue flag hat, their choice
2nd leader: 900 points and 5 Cubelets and a red or blue flag hat, their choice
3rd leader: 800 points and 4 Cubelets and 200 vanity points
4th leader: 700 points and 4 Cubelets and 150 vanity points
5th leader: 600 points and 3 Cubelets and 100 vanity points

(Core)Blockwars:
1st leader: 1,000 points and 6 Cubelets and a red or blue flag hat, their choice
2nd leader: 900 points and 5 Cubelets and a red or blue flag hat, their choice
3rd leader: 800 points and 4 Cubelets and 200 vanity points
4th leader: 700 points and 4 Cubelets and 150 vanity points

Survival Games: All leaders will get a leaderboard tag in front of their name
(Team) Survival Games
1st leader: 1,450 points and 8 Cubelets a cool particle when you kill someone or shoot an arrow
2nd leader: 1,250 points and 7 Cubelets a cool particle when you kill someone or shoot an arrow
3rd leader: 1,000 points and 5 Cubelets and 300 vanity points
4th leader: 900 points and 4 Cubelets and 250 vanity points
5th leader: 750 points and 4 Cubelets and 200 vanity points

(Solo)Survival Games
1st leader: 1,450 points and 8 Cubelets a cool particle when you kill someone or shoot an arrow
2nd leader: 1,250 points and 7 Cubelets a cool particle when you kill someone or shoot an arrow
3rd leader: 1,000 points and 5 Cubelets and 300 vanity points
4th leader: 900 points and 4 Cubelets and 250 vanity points
5th leader: 750 points and 4 Cubelets and 200 vanity points

Tower Defense: All leaders will get a leaderboard tag in front of their name
1st leader: 950 points and 5 Cubelets and a particle when you place a tower or summon something
2nd leader: 800 points and 4 Cubelets and a particle when you place a tower or summon something
3rd leader: 650 points and 3 Cubelets and 200 vanity points
4th leader: 500 points and 2 Cubelets and 150 points
5th leader: 450 points and 2 Cubelets and 100 vanity points

Tower defense Summons
1st leader: 400 points and 3 Cubelets and 100 vanity points
2nd leader: 250 points and 2 Cubelets and 90 vanity points
3rd leader: 200 points and 1 Cubelet and 75 vanity points
4th leader: 150 points and 1 Cubelet and 50 vanity points
5th leader: 100 points and no Cubelets and 10 vanity points

If this is implemented the rewards can be found in the rewards chest, where you collect your vanity points


Leaderboards reset every month so newer players have a chance of getting the reward

There isn't Core Mode leaderboard :/ (not yet)



But I like your suggestion, because people who are on LB "waste" their time playing on the server and they should get a prize for this.

It sounds like you are saying players on the leaderboard waste their time to be on it.
Players play a game cause they think it's fun. I don't believe anyone is playing a game they don't like to get on the leaderboard.

Rewards are cool but not necessary in my opinion :)

For Eggwars, it could be an Ender Egg hat with some some particle effect around it
For Skywars, it could be a trail of mist or something
For Tower Defense, it could be a gadget where you right click a block and it builds a random tower

Ohh thank you didn't think of that will be editing that in, also I think if you are a rank you can get a small amount of vanity points, but what if you are on the leaderboard before and you got the ender egg hat then what do you get next?

Yes, I like the thing for Skywars but I will edit that for tower defense it will be a particle when you place a tower

99% of the people don't even care..
It's unnecessary and it should be good enough to see yourself on the leaderboards...

I really like the idea of the reward too, if they don't want to give actual points or cubelets they can at least put 'leaderboard' next to you name, so there is at least something to reward your hard work

So the could just play games now and again and just get tons of points and cubelets for doong nothing. Maybe give them like special win effects or cages that have numbers above them. But not points or cubelets, as these are supposed to be earned and not by camping a leaderboard.

I somewhat agree with you after they have gotten a reward they should get a different reward, but honestly people can camp leaderboards all they want there is nothing bad about that and yes positions do change a lot, less than a month ago @Sammitox wasnt even on the Skywars leaderboard now he is the 1st leader. @Moooofin was the 1st leader in Skywars a month ago now he is third. They leaderboards change a lot over time

Ok, (how long did this take you)? I like the idea. However I want that hat but that would mean grind grind grind and grind (and I don't really fancy that idea). However good idea and be sure to keep it up ;)

This took me 35-40 minutes, and may be editing it in the future based on people's opinions.
And did I mention the leaderboards should reset every month, for everyone to have a chance to get a reward.

I like this. People who spend a lot of time and work hard to get on the leaderboards get rewards and people who aren't on the leaderboard get motivation to play more and get better.
