Coding Requesting a plugin!

Hey there!

I'm a proud owner of Cauldron Network.
I really need your help in making 1 costum plugin for my server. If it looks good, I'm ready to pay for it. It must be a Hide and Seek plugin but using skins and no blocks. So when you join an arena you are not a block but you can change the skin to your like. I also want it so you can buy new skins in a shop and use them in an arena

Maybe you can help me out? :3
