remove the necro posting rule

if you dont know what it is, rule #5 says: No Necro-posting. This is replying to threads which haven't been posted on within 2 weeks. They are not allowed to be revived (does not include forum games or news threads). However, threads are being locked that are still relevant. this rule is very stupid and controversial. so, what do you think?

they should keep the rule for things like bumping 3 year old threads but at least they should make it so that it gets locked after it isnt relevant anymore. But just a simple 2 weeks is bad.

Well, you can ask yourself, if there are still people who want to respond. (if there won't be a reply on a thread for 2 weeks) I think most threads will be "done" when there wasn't a reply in one week
