It’s simple, remove the Arab channel. Almost no-one is using it and afaik there are no Arab speaking staffers.

The question I always ask in these kinds of situations is, does its existence harm you in any way?
It doesn't matter whether there are or are no Arabic speaking staff members because removing the channel will just make the Arabic players move to #international and it'll be the exact same: unmoderated as well

The more language channels, the easier it is for new players to find a community similar to themselves to play with. Tbh even if they weren’t very used, I would also have Russian channels, Portuguese channels, Swedish channels, German channels, and Turkish channels.
Well, or all or nothing. Arabic is spoken on the server, but there are other languages which are more popular, but they dont have a channel.

If this will be added each and every channel also needs a vc and I simply think it would be very, very ugly

You said that there are more languages spoken more frequently then Arab. There isn't a good reason for it to be removed. Either add more channels or just keep it as it is

I don't think that removing it would help in anyway. It's not hurting anyone. As said, if anything more language channels should be added. Generally, I just think that the discord server needs to be revamped completely (thread coming soon™ and this should be implemented then. I just think that in the current format of the server, it wouldn't really work to have a huge list of language channels.
