If you're using Regedit to improve your ping, thats fine.

No as it give's a big advantage. People will think you hack as 95% of the server does not know what it is + will report you for anti kb. + U won't take knockback in skywars so obviously not.

No this is definitely not allowed as it gives you no knockback. This is definitely bannable.
