Hello i have the bought a lot of ranks on cubecraft and now have Obsidian rank, recently i got banned by sentienel while i wasnt even cheating so i want to be unbanned or i want a refund for all purchased packages here are the billing details

And i bought a lot more ranks for other poeple i spend over 500 euros on ur server and i get permbanned for not even hacking unban me pls or i want a refund

Because you’re a donor doesnt mean you will get other punishments. Next to that, when you bought the rank you had to accept terms and in here was stated they have the right to punish you. Simply appeal and wait.

I appealed and they denied it and then i discussed it and they closed it i was falsly banned by sentinel and they dont wanna unban me and i cant appeal aigan so how do i refund?

However, you agreed to the terms of sale when you made your purchase and just looking at the transaction IDs I can tell that they fall outside the refund period.
