All Networks Ranked lobby?

it will be nice if it have a Ranked Lobby at Games Like , Eggwars & Skywars.. It would be less people and less laggy for us too!

No, I don't agree, this will split the community into the ranked players and the not-ranked players.
And what will happen if a ranked player is in a party with a not-ranked player?

If its laggy you can just turn player visibility off. I don't like this idea, as CraftCreatures said, it just separates out the community into ranks and non-ranks.

I don't think it is a good idea, as a ranked player myself, I enjoy interacting with the not-ranked players, it would only disturb the interaction with the community. You could try to turn your player visibility to friends + party, this would avoid lag in the first place. As CraftCreatures said, what will happen if a ranked player is in a party with a not-ranked player?

running new servers for fewer players increases lag

If this will be a thing the community will split apart. I do not think this is a great idea.
