They will not make it public when they’ll release things. It’s also against the rules, to ask for release dates etc.

Anyway, I’m not sure, but the most sales are at seasonal periods (summer, Halloween, Christmas, Valentines, easter etc)

Unfortunately we don't know set dates for ranks, as said above. Stay tuned for them though, however they're usually around holidays.
