Hi, i bought a Plus rank a few days ago (2) and around 50 minutes later, i found out 1.8.9 will be shutted down. I took contact with sales@cubecraft.net the same day, but after 2 days i still dont have a respond? please help me with this, since i dont really want to keep on paying 7 dollars for a version i rather not play.

They’re aiming on a responds within a week. Wait patiently for a respond. If it’s still taking too long, I recommend contacting customer support by starting a forum conversation or Discord dms. (For a refund)

When you bought the rank, you’ve received a mail with a link. With that link you can cancel your subscription.

You'll usually get a reply within 7 days, if you would like to end your subscription already, you should've get an email, and you can click on 'here' somewhere in the email to end it, if you do not end the subscription, 7GBP will be taken from your bank every 30 days.
