Rank Issue

I Use to have Obby rank on here and im pretty sure when thechunk merged with cubecraft i went to emerald rank.. i use to have diamond rank on thechunk. Now it says i have Emerald.

Heres some proof i bought diamond on thechunk and also for cubecraft

when im in a egg wars game when i vote for normal my name is purple too but when im in chat or in vanity it says im emerald.

That is very weird. But you should try contacting sales@cubecraft.net. because they are the one that help people with rank problems
