Hi i was wondering if i buy a rank and then use mojangs IGN name change feature do i keep the rank?

If you have a rank and change your name, you will keep the rank. It's no problem!

Your rank is linked to your account Universally Unique IDentifier (UUID) not to your username, so you can change your username every month if you want, you won't lose your rank. If you're curious you can find your UUID in this website https://mcuuid.net just typing your username.
