If you change you minecraft change you will still have the same UUID, and thats what the rank follows. So you should be good.
Your username is not your account. Same thing in real life, your name is not you. If you change your name it doesn't change your account. So you can change your name without losing your rank.
No Vas a perder el rango, El nombre es algo simple como una skin y lo unico que pierdes es NADA :D... Lo que importa es el UUID ese te lo dan cuando consiges la cuenta y con eso sale el historia de todas las skins que as tenido nombres etc...
