Unfortunately, these kinds of transfer can't be done. There is no way to confirm that, "that" account is yours. (Please don't argue with this. The account will just never be confirmed.) :( Also, if we did do the transfer, other players might ask for a transfer to. Eventually, things might become out of hand. (Players might also start to abuse it saying that forum account is there's.. etc..

To recap, transfer for these aren't allowed. Sorry. :(
