    By any chance, does customer support open a UI or somehow tell you that you've successfully sent a message? Last time I tried, it didn't do anything when I pressed the send button, even though I filled out all the required fields.

    I believe it should, from memory. It should just turn into a little text saying the message was sent.

    You could try emailing them directly if you can find the email as an alternative.
