Questions about staff

Hi.

I have a doubt, i saw a post of a latin guy, he said wanted to be moderator of Cubecraft Games, so two staffers replied that he could not.

I wanna be a moderator of cubecraft games; and at least , i would like to know that i have to do to become moderator

Here are some reasons why I would like to be a moderator of Cubecraft Games:

-¿The server has spanish players?
Answer: Yes.
-¿The server has spanish-speaking staff ?
Answer: Very few or nothing
-I spend time in Cubecraft Games , normally 7 hours a day or more

-I speak spanish

-I play all games of Cubecraft

-I'm good with the players (:

-I can help many people

-And I really like to be a moderator of Cubecraft Games

These are just some of the reasons why I think I deserve the moderator rank.

Please staff of Cubecraft Games, can answerme?

Telling people you would like to become staff will reduce your chances quite a bit and if you are thinking about it remember this isn't a 'cool rank to be popular and only to wear' to get the rank you have to earn it, and work extremely hard.

Exactly what I requested in this post was knowing I had to do to become moderator range.
I consider myself very mature about it, i not just want to be a popular guy, as i said , there are few staff members who speak Spanish, so I would like to help those who speak Spanish and have some doubts about the server.
