How do people automatically spawn in game lobbies?

Can you give us more information please? Do you mean when a game has finished or when you join the server?

When the game is finished.

When joining the server, you will automatically spawn in the main hub. There currently is no way to change that.
If a game ends, you will be sent to one of the lobbies that are assigned to the game that you were playing. If you do not want to wait until the end of the game, you could do '/hub' or '/leave' to go back to the lobby instantly. ;)
