Am I the only one experiencing high ping since updating to 1.21.100?

Nah I've been experiencing over 100 all the time, used to only get max 70 or 80

VPNs are allowed, but they should not help your latency issues, because VPNs add an extra step to connect to CubeCraft, they actually make your connection much worse.

Off topic question, but were VPNs always allowed? I think Cubecraft didn't allow VPNs some years ago, or at least not the ones that hide your ip address?

They were disallowed some years ago but we realized that there were other widely available bypassing methods that people constantly used anyway. So our VPN block seemed unreasonable, furthermore the use of VPNs continues to popularize so prohibiting them entirely would cut off a section of our player base.

I don't believe so. my phone seems to be running smooth. no lags no nothing. although i did have that one time where i was taking damage out of nowhere and then just died in pillars of fortune.
