If you won't get banned by Sentinel, it's allowed.

I wouldn't recommend it. Even though it has some cool features which are allowed (except Toggle Sneak). You don't exactly know if it does something else that could potentially trigger Sentinel.

As said above, the client is allowed but you cannot use the "Toggle sneak" feature. If you're caught using it, you will be removed from our server.
