Java PVP FFA suggestion

Hello! So, recently I've been getting back into PVP and have noticed that majority of the time the FFA maps are all mirage... I don't HATE mirage but I would really like if there was a bit more diversity in which maps get loaded for the FFA servers. (specifically the normal maps rather then the elytra ones.)

I believe it is a random map rotation so that can happen sometimes. There have also been other instances of Classic or Kingdom per say, taking up most FFA map slots.

i dont think so, if it was truly completely random it wouldnt be able to get the same thing this many times (over three days its been the same)

Hey, you're actually correct. I looked at the chances of a Mirage map to open, and it's set so there are 2 Mirage games open all the time. I believe that this was set like this when the map was released and I forgot to change it back. Now all of the normal maps have the same ratio as appearing, and the wing maps have a lesser chance than appearing than the normal maps. You should start seeing more diversity :P Thanks!

Can't there be a limit on the amount of wing maps appearing at the same time? Wing maps already became quite rarely after the Big Change and probably even more by now.

Normal maps are 10 and wing maps are 8, so there's a 20% less chance of a wings map appearing. They may have seemed like they were rare, but it was just because of the Mirage maps. You should start to see more different normal and wing maps appearing.
