Problem with Skyblock rank (BedRock)

I just bout the skyblock rank and I cant use any of it. I purchased it off the the CubeCraft Store in the pause menu on bedrock. but when I try to use any of the stuff it dose not seam to work I click on profile 3 and it dose nothing or if I click on the 10% boost on the plants it takes me to the marketplace and says I have not purchased it. but if I go back to the marketplace back in the pause menu it says I have purchased it. I have given the game a 45 minute brake where I was not logged on to the server. is there a way to fix this?
