Problem with join in the server

One month ago i was banned and yesterday i can join in the server, but i buy diamond rank and i leave the server a little moment and when i try join i cant join, wich is the problem? please help me

You never got unbanned, you done a simply glitch by accident to bypass the ban without knowing resulting in you wasting your money on diamond and now I doubt you will get refunded or unbanned as it was a perm ban.
