Prevent fly hacks in FFA space map

As you know, space map is the most popular map in FFA, but it is also the home of fly hackers!.

but none of the fly hacks are blocked now. There are at least 1 fly hacker in every map.


So my idea is to add a command like : /report_fly <player name>
If you do it, the anticheat will check harder if the player is flying or not, or it will notice mods online to check the hackers.
Also, this command is for fly hacks ONLY, because players can easily tell if they are fly hackers or not.

Would be abused... /report used to be a thing (as I've been told on the forums) but was removed due to it being used for false hackusations and trolls.
Ex:
/report_fly Lezappen
Meanwhile Lezappen is just AFK in the kit selection area.
